Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 1

The virtual production team acted as a liaison between SF and LA and pioneered the technology on the volume stage on set. I coordinated 3 creative team (DMS, Animation, Generalist) schedules and delivered 600+ shots in 6 weeks keeping the budget under $300k despite significant last-minute revisions.

Avengers: Infinity War

Marvel was our client and my DMS team, which included Model and Animation Supervisors, created 3D character models that were utilized at 20 other VFX studios on the project. Based on feedback from the supervisors on the models, I bridged the gaps to solve technical creative pipeline issues between the creative teams and the engineering and IT teams to execute the work on time.

Wishmas Seasonal In-App Sales

Creative team (Video, Copy, Design) partnering with Merchandising, was responsible for delivering 130 assets spanning Motion Graphics, Banners, and Animation, over five weeks to Product and Engineering teams. I acted as mission control managing and organizing information into delivery schedules and facilitating meetings to translate urgent feedback to get the work executed on time and under budget.

Wish Rebrand

Agency: Huge and Whale, 6 months timeline

Won: 2023 Webby Award for Best Social Commerce Campaign

I led brainstorming workshops with Brand Marketing and Creative teams aligning campaign strategies and business objectives. I coordinated to implement the rebrand creative direction from multiple agencies and in-house teams to different touch points like Radio, Digital Ads, OOH. I created and tracked an asset and delivery list of 200+ deliverables, including 9 global markets; also managed delivery schedules and quality control of all assets both internally and with external partners prior to launch. 

Wish.com IPO

A massive internal initiative that was all systems go in a small window of opportunity during the pandemic that involved the CEO, Brand Marketing, Creative, Finance, and Legal departments that delivered in five weeks. My team produced the IPO roadshow video and aggregated touch points (Times Square Billboard, iheartradio Ads) in partnership with Nasdaq. I managed and outlined deliverables and touch points with Brand Marketing and Creative teams and facilitated delivery of work on time.

Design Request Process Implementation

In order to streamline and effectively scale the ad-hoc requests the Creative Teams were receiving, I created a process framework from scratch and also created custom Jira workflows to track and manage the work. This allowed more efficient communication between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams that needed to request creative work and reduced our turnaround time by 3-4 weeks.

Leeds United x Wish Partnership

I spearheaded a special project alongside my Senior Director of Creative to manage external partnerships with Leeds United as Wish expanded its’ market reach into the UK. I coordinated with external partners to secure logistics plans on shoot days, managed vendor payments and contracts, and did customer outreach for Social contests. Internally I ensured all aspects of the Campaign were Legal-approved and our post-production schedule delivered assets on time to Social.

Wish Fashion x 1Sansome

Over the 4 years I was at Wish I produced and oversaw several e-commerce and fashion photography and videography campaigns. I scoped project plans from inception to execution – managing external vendor partnerships and negotiations of contracts, budgets, talent casting, on-set production management, post-production workflows, and delivery to internal teams. I saved the company $50k+ in some instances and leveled up our creative game.
